Mike and his team were a pleasure to work with. The 98% efficient Daikin furnace & AC unit were not models we were aware of, but I am very glad we purchased them! 2 of the features we absolutely love are the ability to control the fan speed and the fact the unit has a "circulate" option which allows the fan to run every hour rather than be on 100% of the time. Controlling the system from my smart phone is also a major plus. In the end our home is kept an an even comfortable temperature and we are looking forward to lower utility bills. Speaking directly about Mike - I would do business with him again in a heartbeat & will be recommending to anyone needing a replacement or doing an upgrade (which was our case). Thank you Mike & thank you Jeff (the actual installer / did a great job & professional).
Brian, Clint and Tony were great. We had a water heater leaking and they were able to get out first thing the next morning to install a new one. They explained everything in detail and were VERY friendly. Will definitely be recommending if someone needs a similar service. Thanks for the good work!
I am completely impressed with the service, quality, and professionalism of Tonna Mechanical. I had a furnace and central air conditioner installed. The sales person was friendly, helpful, and honest, giving me many options and explaining the pros and cons of each. The installer arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and did a very excellent job. He consulted me along the way when there were choices to make, and kept me informed of his progress until he was finished. When he left, everything was spotless and he explained the operation of the equipment very clearly. I have had many service people in my home in the past, and I can honestly say this was the most pleasant experience I've had. My new equipment runs flawlessly, and I am extremely happy with it. I highly recommend using Tonna Mechanical - you will not be disappointed.
