The water may not go down the drain, but the $135 I paid them certainly did! My advice is, find a more skilled and reputable plumbing company.

Gander does not guarantee its work. When my washing machine drain started backing up again a couple of months after they supposedly cleared it, they said they couldn't come out for at least eight days and would charge me if they did come out.
The driver in their company Van was extremely inconsiderate. They were driving erratically and going under the speed limit in the left lane of 94 for miles. Multiple cars were passing on the right and they refused to get over. Driver was noted using his phone when passed.
