We purchased a new water boiler from this company and had them install it as well. They installed it while we were at work and we came home to find the entire house full of deep black smoke! Turns out they did not convert it from natural gas to LP! We had to clean every inch of our home along with all of our belongings! They did not offer any assistance in this situation but it dosnt end there! Following day came home after they did the conversion and they whole house smelled of LP! called them and demanded they come immediately! Tech told me he forgot to tighten a the union on the gas line!!!!!!! We thought jeez are we even safe in our home???? What next!!!! Now it has been a little over a year and guess what!!!!! Come home to a cold house in the middle of winter! Called them and they said it was out of warranty go figure! Would have to charge us to see what was happening, i told them i didnt want them back had a reputable company take a look, ends superior didnt change the pilot assembly to LP!!!!!!! Since installation the unit had been leaking carbon in the house entire time!!!! I will never! Ever! Use them again! And we tell everyone i know about this experience! We trusted these people with our home and our lives!!! Thank god we only got sick and didnt die from the incompetence of this company!!!!
Superior was the mechanical and plumbing contractor on a fairly large commercial project of mine. Their staff was knowledgeable and followed though until all systems were up and running as should be. I would be glad to work with them again.
Awesome to work with! Replaced my furnace, water heater, a/c, and half of the plumbing in the basement. They moved everything so it was less cluttered and made room for a laundry tub and softener. Everything looks wonderful and finished in a day and a half. The price was well in our budget and very reasonable!
