They play Johnny Cash over the speakers and have great prices.
The worst liquor store I have ever been too!!! I'm from the California, and come to Rochester to visit. I have been too several liquor stores in this area, and I was mortified when I left this store. Not only did they leave a bad taste in my mouth I am still recovering from their spiteful words. If I had time to sue them for discrimination, and wrongful profiling I would! (And, believe me I would win, and just for the fun of it I would buy out their entire business in show them what customer service is!) But, being that I am business person in travel the world I don't have time. I came in to the store to purchase my items in leave. I did not walk in to get HARASS by weird employees! And, that's exactly what I got. I was walking around shopping, and was pretty much targeted it from the minute I step foot into this disgusting business. Not only did they follow me they put little, to no efforts to disguise their hate for non Caucasians. As I was walking around two out of three employees physically followed me around for quite sometime. Feeling an airy feeling I turned my head around too see that they wore inches away from my hill. I kept walking around in brushed them off thinking they could be getting some work done. But, to my surprise they wore just following me and profiling me! I stopped walking in stood in the wine area, and that's when one of them said to me, "Usually people just pick in go" meaning why am I stalling? I ignored the snotty comment in continued shopping. Mind you, this all took place in less then 15 mins. I was looking for another item before I checked out and not one but, the both of them followed me to the other corner of the store. So, I knew this could not be a coincidence in they wore infect following me around. At this point I was fed up and ready to go in forget whatever else I was looking for. I walked up to the register to pay for my items. And yes, they still continued to follow me up to the cashier. They asked me for Identification, and I gave it to them, after what felt like four minutes of them staring, they asked each other "was I really the person on this ID". I answered yes, and there was an awkward stare that happened again. Further more, they also continued to humiliate me by asking each other again, "What do you think, does this "really" look this person."? With smirks all over there face. SMH!!! And, of course there was a line of other people behind me, and in front of me that wore able to shop freely, and not be question. I have never been treated like this at any liquor store in Rochester! This was my first and last time going here, and the people should know about this! After interrogating my Id as if they wore the cops and I did something illegal they finally let me pay. I walked out shocked that this type of behavior was acceptable here. I will never step foot into this business again, and personally no one should show them support or give them your hard earned money. They need several lessons on how to treat HUMAN BEINGS please take this into consideration "mangers" who hired these people. if you even care!!!!! ~ The end
cute store tucked away behind the bank. Friendly staff that were able to answer all of my questions. Also they have a nice craft beer section.
Would not honor their coupon THEY published. "It could be from anywhere," was their response. Really?!!? You dont know what your coupons look like?? Awful customer service.
Decently priced alcoholic beverages, centrally located, great customer service
