Sent in dress blues they gave us set price of around 20$ To clean and sew on new tanks. Went to pick it up and they jacked the price to $68 because the new rank “was too much” never coming back here again.
By going to Nature's Best Cleaners you are putting your your clothing, linens, etc. at risk. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Long story short, they clean better than anyone I have found in town and their prices are the most reasonable I have found in Rochester as well.
Over the many years of getting my dry-cleaning done Natures Best they have always done an excellent job in cleaning my suits and my shirts excellent job.

Unfortunately for me, this company caused obvious heat scoring to 8 of my formal shirts, which cost approximately $750 to replace. This was disappointing because I had purchased this particular group of shirts about 1 month before.
Despite the management acknowledging the damage along with me showing them the receipt of purchase to prove the price of the shirts, I was told that they could not afford to pay out that much to rectify the damage. The manager offered a laughable credit and more or less I was told to eat the cost of what I had lost.
No matter what I bring in to be dry cleaned or laundered, my expectations are realized. They take that added step to ensure that the garment is done right the first time. This was something I missed living in the twin cities. I never have anything redone, and if I ask for a special process, it is done without hesitation.
