We seriously thought our carpet was not salvageable. We have 4 kids (5, 4, 2, 5 mons). You can imagine the icky condtion of our light tan carpet after 4 years! This company proved us wrong!!! No complaints from the worker, just above and beyond quality work! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!
Called to get a mold removal estimate. They came to my house, ran the test and told me mold levels were low, I explained I had bleached the wall and was looking for an estimate to remove the mold from the downstairs bathroom. I was told they would get back to me in 24 hours. After 3 phone calls over 3 weeks I still have no response from them. Charged $200+ for 5 minutes of time. Will be seeking estimates elsewhere.
