Shawn and his staff has gone above and beyond for my family and I (on multiple occasions). They have been there to answer ANY questions I have, no matter how many times I've called. Horrible experience and do not feel like a valued customer. I have already canceled one of my policies to progressive for a third of the price. Ready to completely cancel and will be shopping for insurance somewhere else. I would not recommend.
I have been with Shawns office for about 3 years now and stopped in for the first time in awhile and I just got to say it's always brightens my day when you can walk in to a office and they know who you are right and are the most friendly people ever.
