We recently bought a property and reinstated the policy. We told the agent Nick H. To change the billing address, but he didn't. The business credit card we have him got denied, because of a limit we weren't aware of. He didn't give us a courtesy call to give him a different credit card. And now since the letter of denial and reinstatement was sent to the wrong address, we are unable to get insurance. Poor customer service and every inept.
My mom has been paying home insurance through this company for 7 years and never has filed a claim, now it has been found that due to storm damage the roof has been leaking and wrecked insulation and sheetrock, which was not detectable prior to wall being removed for want of redoing a bedroom. Discovered black mold and the roof leaks. Company claims that damage is not covered. Very frustrating when the roof leaked down the inside of the wall and didn't make obvious marks as to the extent of the damage prior to this.
