The staff here is unprofessional and unknowledgeable. I canceled my insurance in May which they accepted my verbal cancellation but now in August after they sent me a $160 bill, All State ( Tom) says to me that I need to give them my private information and sign a form stating that I have insurance, so they can prove there's no lapse. Now keep in mind that I have talked to Matt, Cindy and the owner of the insurance company Tom henslin himself, after I canceled the insurance not one person told me about this form that needed to be signed. No communication or customer service skills what so ever, horrible, horrible, horrible. It is not my fault that they do not know how to communicate or they do not know the policies of their own insurance agency. so now either I give them my personal information or I pay $160 this guy and his company are crooked I would never recommend his agency or All-State whatsoever .And get this I called the customer service number as well so I didn't have to deal with that insurance agency, they're just as RUDE AND unknowledgable. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND ALL STATE OR TOM HENSLIN! CAUTIION! I am filing a complaint with the BBB.
