Terrible customer service!!! Was asking if could I order online and ship to store since they didn't have my jacket size in store and the customer service lady told me "well, i don't have that problem and I am leaving ive been here for 12 hours ask someone else". While the prices are good and the staff of the payless section is helpful and nice I will not be visiting the south store again.
The store was very clean, well stocked, and someone was available to answer the questions we had. There were 3 lines when I went to check out, & there were 3 lines. I asked if he would please open another line.....done.
Very friendly staff, easy to do returns or find anything that you are looking for. Store is kept clean from what I have seen.
