*UPDATE, I was called by the director and find that the harassing phone calls are from a terrible outsourced company. So, in PC's defense, it's that company that is awful. I'm happy to have found out that they are now in the Mayo Clinic Health Solutions network. They rebilled and I now owe much less and the phone calls have stopped, thankfully!

I have given my correct cell phone # repeatedly. They tell me they have entered the phone #, they then call my home or my work phone #. Not only that, each billing rep that calls will tell you they have NO RECORD of prior conversations had regarding your account!!! How can that be? I have spoken with COUNTLESS billing reps who claim they have no knowledge about letters that have been sent, financial information that has been given or conversations that have taken place.

This company is VERY unprofessional when it comes to billing and they need to GET IT TOGETHER! They are seriously lacking!

My daughter completed this program. I feel she was treated like a child and the points that needed to be touched were not addressed. She assumed the same lifestyle and patterns that she had before completing the program that she did after the program. I thought the parent meetings were helpful, but, you will receive harassing phone calls every few weeks if you can't pay the LARGE BALANCE in full. Even though I have been making quite large payments regularly, not to mention which our family cannot afford!! This has created MAJOR STRESS for our family and they DO NOT CARE! I even had one billing rep tell me I should take out a loan to pay them off!! Seriously?

Today, for example, I received a call. A MONTH AGO, I gave ALL of my monthly financial information, bank statements and had a lengthy phone conversation with a billing rep who gave me a fax # and asked me to fax my bank statement to her. I did so immediately after our phone call, got the CONFIRMATION stating OK and waited to hear from her. I got a call today, a month after faxing all of that information and receiving the confirmation that said fax WENT THROUGH, only to be told by a different billing rep that NONE of that is on my record and when am I going to pay my account off? So frustrating.
