Well that Unit made it to me near Aurora Illinois in 18 hours. I was so impressed I did not think there was any way it would arrive as promised--but it sure did. WOW! Customer service was amazing! Submitting the prescription was quick and easy and our order was processed and on it's way in less than an hour! And when they say 24 hour shipping, they MEAN IT! We live in a fairly rural area and "over night" delivery is usually a joke, but not this time. I ordered the machine late Thursday afternoon, and FedEx was at the door by noon on Friday. Just finished ordering an Inogen G4 and the customer service was exceptional. It is not a common experience to be greeted with such great service. I was met with friendly personnel by Cortney, Leah, Jeff and Rachel. I would have given five stars except it takes a little longer for the call to be answered when calling.
