It is obnoxious to send patients away from the downtown campus to a hard-to-access, unattractive professional building in a sprawled-out area. Sidewalks are not cleared well in the winter and internal sidewalks are basically non-existent. Transit access to this facility is very poor, offering long lead times and long rides, especially when returning to downtown.

clean environment, caring professionals, get you in as soon as the can, polite, courteous, sincere, thorough

At the time, I was wearing a baseball cap, sweats, and look younger than my age. I believe he stereotyped me based on my age and possibly race (I am a minority). The funny thing is that I probably make the same amount of money as him and I work for lab as well.

I recommend going to another location for healthcare service. Put people in leadership roles who can solve problems, not make excuses.

While keeping patient care in downtown would be ideal, this facility could be greatly improved by internal sidewalks allowing access from the street, sidewalk, and transit without having to walk through the road portion of the large parking lots, as well as shade trees to shade the parking lots, parked car, pedestrians, as well as, quite honestly, block the view of the unattractive building.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative comments. I've been to this clinic a handful of times for my kids and myself and they have been nothing but kind and polite to us every time. Also, they've been quick to get back to me if I've called and left a question to be answered or even emailed. 5*'s from me for sure!

The facility is surrounded by large, eye-sore parking lots and wide, high speed, high traffic roads making the campus loud, unattractive, and very oppressive in the sun.

Persons arriving by bicycle must cross large, busy roads but have some access from the trail system. A high-quality, well-placed bike rack can be found by the rear entrance of the building along the frontage road.

It should be another plan espcially if its appointment for vaccination .

We got canceled 3 times for my 6 months son appointment because the R.N was sick i asked to send us to another provider but they told us only my son must be with same provider , its make me frustrated the way they deal with the situation . I changed my schdule 3 times and ask to leave early from work .

I had a TB skin test done elsewhere and phone nurse told me lab could read it. When I politely asked, lab supervisor or manager came up disgruntled and angry towards me. Stated to my face "this is gonna cost you extraaa money" (emphasis on extra) in a condescending way like I was poor and uneducated. He never gave me a price, which I would have been happy to pay out of pocket, and told me he couldn't do it. A simple TB skin test read takes 30 seconds.
