Despite continued credit card problems caused by me, Jessica provided me with excellent customer service. She followed through with the order and maintained a positive attitude throughout the ordeal! Highly recommend the business and that Jessica get a raise! She knows how to provide quality customer care.
This company are a fraud. check out their website. It lists no location and then pretends to be a local flower shop in every city in the USA. DO NOT USE they are a complete fraud and do not exist. They will just stuff you for fees.
The arrangement that I ordered didn't have the flowers or color that I requested. This is the 2nd time I've been disappointed, I'll try a different florist next time.
