Like that they do inside and out. Good customer service. If something was not completed to your standard then they make it right.
Disappointed with the interior clean. Was told that I was paying for the "best clean" and that it included everything interior and exterior. The seats were not clean, the inside of the doors not clean, the steering wheel was not clean. Was surprised at how fast it was, but it made sense when i saw they really hadn't done much except vacuum the floors and wipe the dash. The vacuum job was good, not great. Would have gladly paid more, and was expecting to pay more for a full interior clean. When you say they will be cleaning everything, that's what I expect. Very dissatisfied. I will be cancelling my monthly membership after this.
Stopped in to get my oil changed because my car told me I had too, they explained that cars do that and that according to their records I had another 2,000 miles to go. They added a quart of oil, topped off the fluids that were needed and sent me on my way free of charge. Now that is what I miss in this world today, honest people who would rather have your business long term and honestly care about their customers. Thanks staff working today!!
Oil change 0lys car wash plus they will clean inside for a single price. They don't push extra things if your car doesn't need it. Quick and easy. I can easily change my own oils, but with the extra stuff it isn't worth it.
Mister Carwash is always a great choice to get your car washed. Their attention to detail is incredible. When I have had car washing questions, they have also been very helpful and happy to go above and beyond to get me an answer. For quality, I thought my wife's car paint job was permanently stained. Turns out that, not only was it salvageable, but they showed me exactly how to fix it. Always my top recommendation for a car wash.
