One word, Unprofessional. They shouldn't use to word detail when they miss the obvious. Oh please & I now taken my car to a professional place where they use shampoo. Oh they say that you don't usually want to place the mats right back to the area cleaned as it traps the moisture in probably why it still smells bad . Definitely need practice on customer service & details . Totally feels uncomfortable expressing how the job is not done thoroughly . I got the vibe they didn't want to put the work into getting things done right instead rushing through a bad job . Really wasted a lot of time. Half way work .
Lewis and his team are awsome, with kids our pilot was a mess and it looks and feels like new again...
