WARNING! You should AVOID using Nickelson Painting! My neighbor hired them to paint her house, and they got overspray onto my house, my roof, my landscaping plants and trees and decorative rock. For starters, they never told anyone about their mistake; I found their mess while I was outside watering my plants. After my initial call to them, I had to call back several times before they finally sent someone out to see the damage. When he arrived he assure me it would be cleaned up by the end the week, which never happened, so I went down to the main office to schedule a 2nd attempt for them to clean up for the following Monday. On the 2nd scheduled cleanup day, they no-showed again for the scheduled time, so ‘I’ started cleaning up ‘their’ mess myself as best I could. Finally, 2-hours later, their crew finally showed up, but by then I had cleaned the majority of the paint myself. I have tried calling them several times, even asking for the owner, but even he refuses to return my calls.
Just an outstanding job by the staff. Very professional and clean! Loved the guys. Finished on time and would recommend to anybody needing painting done!

We have used Nickelson Painting for a few different projects around our business. Every time, we have been extremely pleased with the finished product.
Next, I contacted the BBB because this company had their logo on their website, and began process of arbitration. It turns out, the BBB told me the company shouldn’t be using their logo because the BBB had ‘revoked’ affiliation from this company long ago because of other bad reports. During arbitration, the company sent a beautiful, generic letter dismissing any responsibility, and tried to say they cleaned up their mess, which was FALSE!...I did by myself and I’m still cleaning it even though they say it’s cleaned up...and I have pictures to prove it! The crew the owner tried to say was cleaning my house was actually re-painting my neighbor’s house because of mistakes and sloppiness they made over there…and yes, it’s the same neighbor’s job that led to the initial overspray onto my house. This company is sloppy, they don’t stand behind their work, especially their mistakes!
Their crew is professional, efficient and courteous and their pricing is as competitive as anyone we have found in the market.
