Warm, family friendly movie establishment that has the best prices in Rochester. The lobby is clean, bright and inviting. The large popcorn buckets with refills make it an affordable option for those with children.
The seats are just normal older seats and are slightly uncomfortable as they don’t tip back at all. Otherwise, very clean and friendly staff and good prices.
Great interior. It's be great if you could add your own butter to the popcorn though.
However, tonight, the furnace was not working; on one of the coldest winter nights. We brought our 8 year olds. Apparently the person who sold us the tickets was supposed to tell us that.
It was freezing! We huddled up under our coats, with our gloves and hats on. The movie, Star Wats, was great! I just wish we could’ve been informed; we would’ve gone a different day.
Went to Cinemagic to buy a gift card last week and I asked the young man behind the concession counter to assist me in purchasing one as no one was manning the front of the theatre. He walked with me to the front but instead of assisting me he ignored me. He left me to stand awkwardly while he turned his attention to customers walking through the door who didn't know what show they wanted to see and who had not been waiting like I had. So I left after a couple minutes of standing there. Courtesy is something often missing in today's bussling society.
Normally a decent place to go with the family. Prices for tickets are good.
