I love this place! All of the staff are friendly, and I never have to wait more than a minute to get my sub! I came in close to 8pm, and they were just about to start locking up for the night. When I asked about how google said they were open until 9, I was told they have tried changing their hours several times, but it never sticks. The hours always revert back to 10:30-9pm.

Bread hasn't been very fresh lately not sure whats happening. Ive been to several of Jimmy John's. Staff is friendly though and fast
Tasty sandwiches. Low review because of customer service. A relative in hospital across street. Jimmy Johns keeps closing early, 60+ mins early sometimes, then look at you threw the window like they can't see any of us. Back to Subway we go. Little longer wait, but at least they practice what they preach...
Worried the Driver would leave it at the hospital information desk, but instead he brought it all the way to our door in pediatrics. Really appreciated the customer service!! Thank you for going out of your way to make sure we got dinner.
