This company hangs up on customers who call, who were referred by the property Management service who they are partnered with. Rude as hell, and I will positively not ever be recommending anyone to this company.
Extremely rude and vulgar. The man at the counter was amazed by Apple Pay but I was told to F**k myself and take my business elsewhere by a voice from the back room. I was courteous and friendly throughout but left scratching my head. I have no idea how they can stay in business with this behavior.
I generally like to support family owned businesses. I brought a key in this morning and asked if I could get it copied. The owner said "yes". I said "I might get two of them from you". He said "I don't know what that means "might". Do you want two made or not?". I said "you know what I mean". He said "I don't know what you mean. Do you want two or not?". Clearly he has anger issues. At that point I asked for the key back. He shouted "Idiot! Don't ever come back to this store again". As if that is a likely scenario after that sad interaction. I don't know what is going on his life but be prepared for rudeness if you shop here! Otherwise Ace hardware is cheaper and friendlier.
Spoke with a man named Keith, he was not only rude, very short with questions I had, gave me an outrageous quote (found someone who would do the same process for $100 less) , and then hung up on me. I will never give my business to them because of this experience.
My kind of place. Speedy, no nonsense, competent folks. Reasonable prices.
