The receptionist on March 30 2017 at 11 am was beyond rude. I explained I was in search of a criminal defense attorney for my son. She right away got very short with me and said she could set up an appointment, when I explained I wasn't in the area for a sit down she said someone could speak with me only if I had a credit card. I then told her I wasn't trying to retain anyone at this moment but would like to speak with someone first to find out how much roughly this kind of case could cost me. She again said we don't give free consultation here. I told her I understood that and was not trying to get a free consultation, but if I was going to retain a attorney with this firm, I wanted to speak with one first to ask a few questions regarding payment and a few other questions. She then told me if I wasn't willing to give her my credit card information I couldn't speak with anyone. I informed her I didn't want to spend thousands of dollars before I spoke with one of their attorneys, she then said "to bad this is how it is" I informed her I wish she has better customer service and they were going to lose my business. At that point, she hung up in me. Wow really!!!!!!!!! So not giving them a bad review because of their work, but their practice of how they deal with people.
Avoid all lawyers.
