Silverlake foods is a very well presented grocery store with great customer service in which the business continues to advance in remodel and quality assurance. Thumbs up all around. The competitive delivery prices and warming friendship keeps me coming back, 5 stars!!
Nice inner city fully stocked grocery store. About 5-10% more expensive than going to the edge of town for Hy-Vee or cub.
Grateful store caters to the elderly is small and easy to get around. Great meat and meat prices pork sausage made there so good little grade. Very lean. Love it. Homey store
Almost all the produce they sell is moldy. I live very close to this grocery store & wish I didn’t have to drive to Hyvee every time I needed a bag of carrots. I’ve checked back multiple times & mentioned it to some of the staff but it seems the problem will never be fixed. If you’re looking for produce definitely don’t go here.
Grew up a block away from the store. Seen many changes over the years, Always run into people from the old neighborhood shopping here. Excellent fresh meat and deli selection is excellent and fresh
