My A/C was not keeping the house cool like it was supposed to. Brenda worked with my schedule to get the work completed. Dave arrived during the agreed time and was able to find and fix the issues. He was very professional. The house is now staying cool

Austin was the salesman who handled the install, very professional and kept me updated on the whole process. The install turned out beautiful. Put in a Trane and what a difference from the old Lennox that was there.Reasonable cost also.
HIMEC responded immediately when our water heater burst. They had a technician onsite that day, with everything need to remove the old unit, put in the new unit and start filling/heating water within a couple hours of arrival. I requested a water softener install on a very short notice over a holiday week and Himec did not disappoint. I travel a lot so scheduling this install was going to be a challenge, but Himec took care of me and my family with no issues. The install could not have gone smoother. The gentleman, Austin, who installed the unit was professional, courteous, and efficient, which I especially appreciated. The old unit was filled with over 200 lbs of salt, Austin was able to use some of it in the new unit, but had to remove the rest by himself. We had soft water later that day, could not be more happy with the service, highly recommend them.
