They were great at helping me ship my first package.
Strange location, I ship UPS all the time and have had an account since 1992. I took some UPS Ground packages I had pre-labeled and required 0 work from the UPS store aside from handing them to their regular pickup driver, however this location refused to take my packages saying I had to upgrade them to 2nd day air or Overnight service to have this location accept them. Made no sense to me at all, the downtown store takes them all the time. Seems like a shady tactic to force people to buy the "postage" from their location as opposed to using your account.
