He clarified what I was expecting. He asked which lights were to be 3 way and which ones not. I knew when he was going to show up. He always answered the phone and responded very well with email. He worked with my schedule and the carpenter. I added a couple other outlets in different areas as an after thought and he did them as well. I found his crew to be respectful and hard workers. Yes, Keith did do an estimate but what I liked. When the first step was finished, he presented a bill to be paid which I felt was great. I knew where I was financially on the project. Again payment was paid upon completion of the project so I knew the final cost and didn't have to mail the check.
