I thought the entire staff was rude -- I came in and gave my name and time of appt -- the receptionist didn't say hi or anything, just directly asked for my insurance card -- she gave it back and gave me forms to fill out -- then when I returned those, she stated they would take me back in a moment -- I had to listen to an assistant talk about her children's father and how horrible he was for not wanting to see his own kids -- then, it turns out *SHE* was supposed to take me back to a room -- essentially, no one was polite or informative.I will not go back
