Dr. Baldus and team did a fantastic job completing eye exams for me and my daughter in one appointment time. As a busy mom, I appreciate not having to make return trips. The team is courteous and kind. No complaints!
I got an eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses here and everyone has just been so friendly and professional. One of the hinges on my glasses recently broke and they easily ordered new glasses; and also put this clear rubber band around the hinge to temporarily keep the old ones in place (you can't even tell it's on). Overall, great!
I usually dread going to the eye doctor, but I had an exam here today for the first time and had a great experience. Very kind and cordial staff; Dr K was thorough and kind, and answered all of my questions. I was pleased with the whole experience!
