I am accustomed to high-quality dental care, but Dr. Brong blows away my prior level of expectations with an exceptionally gentle hand and perfection in his work. This is a great family office where they know your name and are treated with genuine friendliness. The billing practices are straight forward and accurate.
Dr. Brong has comfortably met the high expectations I've come to have over the years. I wouldn't want to try and find this level of service or accommodation elsewhere in town.

I've been coming here for years and have seen the recent renovations as well as changes in staff. In that time, I've needed 3 crowns (2 gold, 1 zirconia), teeth pulled, and fillings placed in between multiple cleanings each year. I plan on coming back for years to come for all my dental needs.
The staff are friendly, the office is accessible, they accept my insurance, and the best part is my teeth feel and look great, despite having some serious dental issues from years of neglect!
Parking at ZFD is very easy and I am just steps away from the newly renovated waiting room. The waiting room seems pretty nice, but I hardly get to enjoy any of the refreshments or the new furniture before I'm quickly headed into the newly renovated hygiene room. Then, the same friendly hygienist I've seen since 2010 gently and thoroughly cleans my teeth in a brand new chair.
Dr. Brong and his staff are the best! Kim's voice on the phone is always so friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to make the experience go so smoothly, and the professionalism shown is GREAT! Definitely the best dental experience in Rochester!
