I have always hated going to the dentist. Last time I was at the dentist was 9th grade. I'm 24 now and the pain just got to its point and I gave in. I had Dr. Cohen for my dentist to remove a molar of mine that a tongue ring shattered. I was very nervouse to go and deal with it. But I was very very pleased. He was a very nice Dr and his personality made me feel comfortable. To top it off his assistant Mariella ( I hope is correct) was very nice and helpful. She answered all my questions and concerns perfectly. I was even late and they still rushed me in to help me with my pain. The assistant worked me right into a spot. Thanks very much Dr. Cohen and your staff. I look forward to seeing you again soon.
I agree with previous reviews, receptionist(Nicole) is very rude. I could hardly believe that a person this unpleasant has a position which entails greeting customers on the phone and at the office. She seems to be a little bit too comfortable with her job, I'm assuming the dentist is unaware of her treatment of nonabrasive customers.
ONLY DENTIST THAT IN MY 57 YEARS ON THIS PLANET, WHO CAN ACTUALLY NUMB MY MOUTH AND MAKE THE WHOLE PROCESS PAIN FREE! DR. COHEN IS THE ONLY DENTIST I DON'T HAVE TO GET ON A WAITING LIST TO SEE. ENOUGH SAID. THOMAS T.
There're not good at working with you on your teeth.
Very poor place. Doctor left room before could even finish asking my questions ( even the first one) Was more worried about how long i was there then my health as i herd him talk to the assistant. Very aggressive even though you are in pain, goes about it with no Numbing or Meds. DO NOT go here. Im very glad it was me and not one of my children. Very poor care.
