Where do I start with these folks. From the sales team (Willy) to the design team (Marty) to the service techs (Mike) they are all very knowledgeable, patient, and know their stuff. Their prices are fair and while they might not be the cheapest you can rest assured that the job will be done and done right. i would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a fireplace install, update or service. A++ service.

He explains his work, needed repair and best practicies with our particular fireplace. He is friendly, polite and knowledgeable about our fireplace which is older.
Exceptional customer service! Friendly, knowledgeable staff have guided/helped troubleshoot over the phone. Recently, my gas fireplace required some TLC. Unfortunately, a busy time of year, so had to wait for an appointment, but so worth the wait. Service Technician was courteous and professional.
