I've gone here since 2010 when they bought out my old tax guys business (who was absolutely amazing) every single year they get worse and worse. Double booking, charging an extra 65$ for extra W2s randomly, telling me at my in person apt my return is one thing then when I come back to pick up my taxes it was randomly a completely different number, when I asked what the deal was the lady goes "well you got more in a return so you should just be happy" yeahhhhh until I get audited. I will never go back here again. Don't even bother. I only gave it a 2 star because they use to be great ( key words: use to be)
